Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, a good first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short may be removed. Racingwore Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
